About

Sealy & Co Training was founded with a simple belief: training should actually change how people think, behave, and perform — not just fill time or satisfy compliance.
Our founder Josh Sealy Peters has spent years working across leadership, people development, and organisational environments where pressure is real, expectations are high, and clarity matters. Along the way, one pattern became clear: too much training looks good on paper but fails in practice. It’s over-theoretical, disconnected from real work, and quickly forgotten.
Sealy & Co Training was created to challenge that.
The focus from day one has been on practical leadership, human performance, and personal responsibility — delivered in a way that respects people’s time and intelligence. Every programme is built around real scenarios, real conversations, and real decisions people face every day at work.

Our Mission
Our mission at Sealy & Co Training is to develop capable, confident people who can perform, lead, and adapt in the real world.
We exist to deliver training that creates practical change, not just knowledge. Every programme we design focuses on clarity, accountability, and application — helping individuals and teams improve how they think, communicate, and work together under pressure.
We aim to:
-
Build strong, self-aware leaders at every level
-
Strengthen teams through effective communication and trust
-
Equip people with skills they can use immediately, not someday
-
Support organisations to develop people who take ownership and responsibility
Our mission is simple:
to help people show up better, make better decisions, and perform consistently — even when it matters most
Our Ethics
At Sealy & Co Training, how we work matters as much as what we deliver.
Our ethics guide every decision, partnership, and programme we create.
We are committed to:
Integrity
We are honest, transparent, and realistic about what training can and cannot achieve. We do not oversell outcomes or deliver generic content.
Practical Value
We respect people’s time. Our training is grounded in real experience and designed to be useful immediately — not filled with theory for theory’s sake.
Respect for People
We create environments where individuals feel heard, challenged, and supported. Psychological safety, professionalism, and dignity are non-negotiable.
Accountability
We believe growth comes from ownership. We encourage personal responsibility while providing the structure and support needed to succeed.
Continuous Improvement
We expect the same standards from ourselves that we ask of others. We regularly reflect, refine, and improve our approach to ensure relevance and impact.
We do not believe in shortcuts, box-ticking, or performative training.
We believe in doing meaningful work, with integrity, that delivers lasting value.
